Wizards' Ticket Contest for the Vans® Warped Tour 2012

By entering the Wizards of the Coast LLC ("Wizards") ticket contest to win two tickets to the Vans Warped Tour 2012 (the "The Contest") you ("You" and/or "Entrant") agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE A PURCHASE TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years and older at the time of entry. Employees of Wizards, its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees and members of the same household (related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific ("PT") on May 28, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. PT on June 22, 2012. The Contest is sponsored by Wizards.

2. How to enter: To enter, you must have access to the Internet and a Twitter® account. Twitter accounts may be obtained by logging on to www.twitter.com and following the onscreen instructions to create an account. Twice a day beginning at 8:00 a.m. PT on May 28, 2012 until 12:00 p.m. PT on June 22, 2012 the @wizards_magic account on Twitter.com will tweet out a question; provided, however, that there will be no questions on June 14th and 15th while the tour is in Canada. Entrants must correctly answer the question, and @reply to @wizards_magic with the answer and the location specific hashtag to be eligible. The location specific hashtags will correlate to the specific Vans Warped Tour 2012 city location for which tickets will be given away during that time slot. Go here for a list of Van Warped Tour 2012 city locations and dates. Entries are limited per person each day. You may submit one (1) answer to each one of Wizards' twice-daily question tweets. You may not tweet your answer to a Wizards' question multiple times from a single Twitter account or use multiple Twitter accounts to answer a question. Multiple submissions by an entrant using one or more accounts will disqualify an entrant from the Contest. Wizards reserves the right to modify this, and any other submission requirement, at its sole discretion. All entries become the exclusive property of Wizards and will not be acknowledged.

3. Winner Selection: The first entrant to correctly answer the Wizards' question and tweet the answer with the location specific hashtag will be considered the winner for that day's time slot. Go here for a list of hashtags for each location. There will be two time slots during which a Wizards' questions will be tweeted per day. The first time slot is between 8:00 a.m. and Noon PT and the second time slot is from Noon to 5:00 p.m. PT. Each of the two daily winners will be notified by Wizards through Twitter® via the account name provided by such winner at the time of entry. You must be following the @wizards_magic Twitter account so that Wizards can Direct Message (DM) you the details of how to proceed if selected as a winner. If a winner is unable to be contacted at the contact information he or she provided after two (2) attempts have been made by 6 p.m. PT that day, such winner will be disqualified and the prize may not be awarded or may be awarded to the next runner up for that time slot, in Wizards' sole discretion. Each winner will be sent their winning tickets via certified mail to the mailing address provided by the winner to a Wizards representative.

WIZARDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT WHO HAS GAINED UNFAIR ADVANTAGE IN PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, OR OBTAINED WINNER STATUS USING FRAUDULENT MEANS. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY WIZARDS ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THIS CONTEST ARE BINDING. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE JUDGES' DECISIONS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO APPEAL.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value:

One (1) winner will be selected from each time slot daily (two winners per day). The winner from each time slot will receive two (2) entry tickets for entrance to The Vans Warped Tour 2012 location specified for that day.

Approximate value of each prize is $73.00 (inclusive of two (2) tickets).

Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No extensions will be permitted. Wizards, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize for product(s) of equal value to the prize or provide the cash equivalent. Each winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and all other expenses associated with any prize not explicitly stated herein. Wizards is not responsible for the winners' travel to the Vans® Warped Tour 2012 location or for any costs for lodging, expenses, etc. related thereto.

Each winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity within ten (10) days of notification. Noncompliance with this requirement, return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or failure to comply with any terms of these Official Rules will result in a winner's disqualification.

5. Dates and Deadlines: Because of the unique nature and scope of this Contest, Wizards reserves the right, in addition to those other rights reserved herein, to modify any dates, deadlines, locations, or other provisions or requirements set forth in these Official Rules or otherwise governing this Contest at any time without notice.

6. General Conditions: Entrant agrees that Wizards and its agencies are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entry materials, or failure to receive any entry information. Further, Wizards and its agencies are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, destroyed, delayed, illegible, or incomplete entries or tweets, or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider, website or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, errors, or difficulties. Wizards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Contest.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD WIZARDS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, AGENCIES AND ALL PRIZE SUPPLIERS, HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST, OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, WHETHER SUFFERED BY ENTRANT OR A THIRD PARTY. ALL WINNERS, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES, THEIR EXECUTORS, HEIRS AND ASSIGNS, BY ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE, AGREE TO RELEASE WIZARDS, ITS PARENT COMPANY HASBRO, INC. AND THE VANS® WARPED TOUR 2012 FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR OTHERWISE.

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Wizards permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Each winner will be required to sign a Release of Liability and Publicity as a condition to receiving a prize. This Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, and Entrant agrees to accept jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Washington. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. An entrant's entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Wizards, if he or she attempts to (a) enter the Contest through any means other than described in these Official Rules; (b) disrupt the Contest, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules; or (c) in any way tamper with any component of the Contest.

7. Winners List: Winners will be announced daily through Wizards' Twitter account and posted on the Wizards website (http://www.wizards.com/warpedtickets on or before June 26, 2012.
