Please use this form if you think you have multiple DCI numbers, even if you can't remember every number you've had. Please allow extra processing time if you can't remember all your previous numbers.
Wizards of the Coast will combine all of your DCI numbers into one preferred DCI Number (this must be a number that has already been assigned to you). This combine process may take four to six weeks to complete. Meanwhile, please continue to participate in any events using your preferred DCI Number.
