Here's how the deck works: first, mulligan/Serum Powder your opening hand into a ton of Leylines, Serra's Sanctum, and Opalescence. Cast all of your Leylines for free at the beginning of the game. Play the Sanctum, which generates a lot of mana thanks to all your Leylines, then tap it to cast Opalescence. Because your Leylines were on the battlefield at the start of the turn, they aren't affected by summoning sickness, and you can attack for the win! Awesome!
