stumbled across an interesting decklist this week while reading an article by Jacob Van Lunen on Standard (a name readers of DailyMTG.com will likely recognize). Jacob modified a deck he found on Magic Online played by a user named Scream, and has been having good results with it.
The deck bears remarkable similarity to a deck we considered playing in Block Constructed at Pro Tour Dragon's Maze, using a combination of excellent removal and resilient threats to control the board and end the game.
In particular, the triumvirate of Obzedat, Ghost Council; Blood Baron of Vizkopa; and Olivia Voldaren provides a ton of power against aggro, midrange, and control alike. Both of the WB cards halt aggro in its tracks, and both are resilient to removal. Olivia is there for midrange, dominating any board given enough time.
The deck even has some nice cheap threats in Boros Reckoner and Vampire Nighthawk, ensuring that it is rare that you don't have a play early in the game.
I could see fitting in a couple Blasphemous Acts in order to fight aggro and combo with Reckoner, and I don't hate one or two more Curse of Death's Hold in the sideboard.
