During the attack, Sue uses her Ice Floe on it ("As long as Ice Floe remains tapped, [target] creature does not untap during its controller's untap phase.") If the artifact stops being a creature after the Ice Floe's effect has resolved, it'll still be "locked down" by the effect, which doesn't keep checking to see that its target remains a creature.
