Why It Rocks: This is the elf leader. Nobody else compares.
Tricks and Tactics: The Gray Elf Imperial Noble makes true leadership an option for Ravilla warbands. It makes ranged attack warbands succeed because it can give non-Difficult troops the command to fire at any model. It helps melee warbands succeed because it has enough command to effectively lead Felldrakes and Centaurs. The only type of Ravilla warband that won’t benefit from including a Gray Elf Imperial Noble is a warband built solely of Independent Troops.
Enemies Who Hate to See It: Nobody fears the Gray Elf Imperial Noble itself. The Noble is like an athlete who’s not quite a star, but somehow rivals can’t seem to beat his team. And when they try to figure out why they lost by watching the game film, wouldn’t you know it? It was that Gray Elf Imperial Noble -- the bonuses he gave his troops and the maneuvers he allowed them to make -- that lost them the game.
