Revenge of the Sith Preview
I think it’s safe to say that we're expecting a great deal from the new Revenge of the Sith expansion set. The fall of the Republic, the rise of the Empire, the slaughter of the Jedi order, Darth Sidious revealed, the birth of Darth Vader, betrayal, destruction, and yet a glimmer of hope. The Revenge Of The Sith film itself promises more battles than you can shake a small Jedi Master's cane at. So, in the new expansion set we're looking for power cards that will shake-up the current environment in both Limited and Constructed, casual and tournament play.
I don’t think that you'll be disappointed.
Your first look at the new set continues…
Instill Doubt can target any unit in any arena or build zone, and render any ability that requires a cost to activate (i.e., that contains the (tap) or symbol) useless for a turn – including Reserve abilities.
Sorry Mace Windu (A), no Evasion this turn. Same for you, Luke's X-wing (B). Quiet Kaadu Scout, you're doing nothing. As for Shaak Ti (B)… better sit this one out.
It gets better. Orn Free Taa (A) cannot tap anything. Yoda (E) cannot heal anything, and a Jedi Youngling cannot give you any Force. Even the infamous Jawa Sandcrawler cannot escape this Mission’s power.
