A Star Wars: Legacy of the Force Miniatures Scenario

Late in the Yuuzhan Vong war, the New Republic was falling apart. In order to hold off the extragalactic invaders, the New Republic reorganized into the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances, or Galactic Alliance. However, there were battles yet to be fought. The new government forged new alliances and ultimately beat back the Yuuzhan Vong invasion.

Soon after the reorganization, the Yuuzhan Vong attacked a small outpost on a minor planet near the Imperial Remnant. The initial onslaught smashed the facility, leaving only a few survivors. The Yuuzhan Vong dispatched a small but lethal force headed by a Jedi hunter and aided by a member of the Peace Brigade. They correctly suspected that the Alliance and Jedi Master Kyle Katarn were using the outpost to monitor Vong activities and develop new strategies against them.

Now, Katarn and the outpost's surviving staff must fight off the Vong while a technician salvages critical intelligence and erases the facility's computers. Though Kyle has new allies, the enemy is as dangerous and merciless as ever.

This scenario uses miniatures from the Legacy of the Force set and the Ravaged Base map from the Attack on Endor Scenario Pack.

New Republic Faction Setup

The New Republic squad has a total cost of 100 points. The New Republic player may create his own 100-point squad instead, subject to the following restrictions:

Squad 1: The computer tech starts in Area A.

Squad 2: All other units start in Area B.

New Republic Victory Conditions

The New Republic player wins by defeating all of the Yuuzhan Vong units or if the computer tech escapes through Area C (see below).

Yuuzhan Vong Faction Setup

The Yuuzhan Vong squad has a total cost of 97 points. The Yuuzhan Vong player may create her own 100-point squad instead, subject to the following restrictions:

Squad 1: Set up in Area D.

Squad 2: Set up in Area E.

Yuuzhan Vong Victory Conditions

The Yuuzhan Vong player wins by defeating the computer tech.

Special Scenario Rules

Computer Tech: Any unused mini may represent the computer tech in this scenario. The unit sets up in Area C and must remain on or adjacent to the computer for a total of 4 rounds before attempting to escape. The rounds need not be consecutive, nor does movement affect the total, unless the character stops more than 1 square away from the computer. The unit activates like any other. Once finished with the computer, the tech must exit the board through Area C. The scenario ends immediately after the tech exits the board.

Cost 0, HP 30, Defense 15, Attack +0, Damage 0, Speed 6
