Here's a random encounter table for a 4th-level dungeon. All the creatures on the table are from the Archfiends set. Most are commons, plus a few uncommons for variety. The table requires only three or four of each listed common and only one of each listed uncommon, so it's easy to get the miniatures you need. You may already have them. If you don't, feel free to substitute similar figures that you do own (or better yet, complete your set!). Use this table to generate the less important encounters in a dungeon or similar area or as a list of encounters with ELs at or near four.
