WHAT: Teen Tech Week, an annual observance celebrating the fun of technology. The theme for 2008 is “Tune in @ your library.” WHEN: March 2-8, 2008. WHERE: Libraries, schools and bookstores across the country. WHY: Teens, in order to gain the skills necessary to compete in today’s job market, need access to digital and online information and trained professionals who can help them use these resources effectively, efficiently and ethically.
