Flurry of Blows (Ex): Using the full attack action, Akiko can make one additional attack per round with unarmed strikes, with her quarterstaff, or with a combination of both. This extra attack is made at her highest attack bonus, but each attack in the round takes a -2 penalty on the attack roll.
Unarmed Strike: Akiko gains Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat. She uses her full Strength bonus on all damage rolls with unarmed strikes.
Bonus Spell: Akiko gains one bonus spell per day, which is treated like a bonus spell from a high ability score. She has used it at 1st level.
Evasion (Ex): If Akiko makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage.
Familiar Benefits: Akiko has chosen a lizard as her familiar. When her familiar is within 5 feet of her, she gains the benefit of the Alertness feat and a +3 bonus on her Climb checks (included in the statistics above). She also gains the following benefits.
Empathic Link (Su): Akiko can communicate telepathically with the familiar at a distance of up to 1 mile. She has the same connection to an item or a place that her familiar does.
Share Spells: Akiko may have any spell she casts on herself also affect her familiar if the latter is within 5 feet at the time. She may also cast a spell with a target of "You" on her familiar.
Touch: The familiar can deliver touch spells for Akiko.
Still Mind: Akiko gains a +2 bonus on saving throws against spells and effects from the Enchantment school.
