The hall will close each evening if sanctioned play (including pick-up drafts) stops. Otherwise the hall will open each day at 8 A.M. or 1 hour prior to the first scheduled event (including the last-chance qualifier) begins.

Mandatory Team and Players Meeting
Your entire team must attend the mandatory players meeting on Friday, September 12, 9:00 a.m. You will be responsible for all the information presented at the players meeting.
You must have a signed waiver and consent form to compete at Pro Tour–Boston.

At registration, all participants must present one of the following forms of identification upon request:
- a driver's license, or
- a passport, or
- a copy of your birth certificate and a photo ID (school ID is acceptable)
To ensure that the tournament starts promptly, questions about rules will be answered only during player registration—not during the players meeting. A Magic® rules representative will be available at player registration. Please review the High Level Tournament rules at www.wizards.com/protour

Format
Format
- Day 1: Team Sealed Deck (two Onslaught tournament packs, two Legions boosters, and two Scourge boosters with which to build three decks)
- Day 2: Team Rochester Draft (Onslaught - Legions - Scourge)
- Day 3: Team Rochester Draft Finals (Onslaught - Legions - Scourge)
- 40-card minimum deck size
- All teams must designate an A, B, and C player. The B player sits in the middle during the draft. The A player sits to right of the B player, and the C player sits to the left of the B player during the draft.
- Drafts always start with the B player. Teams randomly determine which team gets to decide who gets to choose which team begins the draft.
Round Length
- 60-minute rounds, 11 Swiss rounds total
- When time is called, the active player finishes the turn and five additional turns are taken.
- Stalling or slow play will not be tolerated and will result in serious penalties.

8:45 A.M.: Seating for players meeting posted.
9:00 A.M.: Players meeting begins.
9:15 A.M.: First deck construction begins (60 minutes)
There will be six rounds on Friday, with new decks constructed every two rounds.
Teams with 12 points or more advance from Friday to Saturday.
Saturday, September 13
8:45 A.M.: Seating for players meeting posted.
9:00 A.M.: Players meeting begins.
9:15 A.M.: Team Rochester Draft begins.
There will be five rounds on Saturday, with a new draft each round.
(The Top 4 teams advance from Saturday to Sunday.)
Sunday, September 14
8:00 A.M.: The Top 4 teams check in at the feature match area for photographs.
9:00 A.M.: Semifinal drafts begin.
(There will be a semifinal and final Rochester Draft, with the first seed playing the fourth seed, and the second seed playing the third seed in the semifinals.)
