In order to receive this prize package, winner must be U.S. resident, over the age of eighteen, and must be able to provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance/registration. Failure to accept possession of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification of availability may result in prize forfeiture. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes (including, without limitation, sales tax and income tax), insurance costs, surcharges, registration, title, and license fees and other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle.
Option B
Prize: $20,000 USD.
Prize limitations. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value, except as determined in Wizards’ sole discretion. Prize winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes on prize; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for tax for the value of the prize. By participating, all participants, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs and assigns, agree to release Wizards of the Coast and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the conduct of the tournament, or the receipt, ownership or use of a prize. Under no circumstances will Wizards of the Coast or its affiliates be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
