The Road to Worlds

Ready to take the first steps on the Road to Worlds? Here's how you can qualify for the biggest Magic tournament of the year:

  • Regionals : Finish high enough in one of your country's Regionals or National Qualifier tournaments and you can pack your bags for the National Championship.

  • National Championships : The top four finishers at your country's National Championship form the National Team, earning automatic invites to Worlds. If your country runs an open (non-invitation) National Championship, only the winner earns the invitation to Worlds.

  • Pro Tour Success : If you achieve at least Level 3 in the Pro Players Club, you could be on your way to Worlds. Level 4 status guarantees a slot in the biggest Magic tournament of the year.

  • DCI Ranking : If you're one of the top DCI Total-ranked players in one of the four geographic regions (Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America), welcome to the World Championships.

  • Magic Online Championship Series : Wizards of the Coast is running a series of qualifier tournaments on Magic Online that will offer 12 invitations to the World Championships, as well as invitations to an exclusive Magic Online Championship to be held at Worlds.
