If you’re a convention organizer who is planning on running tables of D&D at your show, we’re here to assist you in making your event a success! Simply click the following link to fill out a form about your convention, and you may qualify to receive a Convention Support Package. All materials in the support package are delivered digitally, and are not for distribution outside of event use.

The Convention Support Package contains the following:

• An adventure (from a past edition of the game)
• Conversion notes to D&D Next for that adventure
• Pregenerated characters
• D&D Next convention playtest agreement
• Session tracking form

Certain conventions may qualify for additional support dependent upon review of the questions below. If a convention qualifies for additional support beyond the Convention Support Package and submits the convention at least 8 weeks prior to the convention date, Wizards of the Coast will contact the convention organizer approximately 2-4 weeks before the convention date.

Winter Fantasy: January 24-27, 2013

PAX East: March 22-24, 2013

PAX East is a three-day game festival for tabletop, videogame, and PC gamers. Taking place March 22-24 in Boston, PAX East hosts dedicated tournaments and freeplay areas as well as nerdcore concerts, panel discussions, and an exhibitor hall filled with booths displaying the latest from top game publishers and developers. Origins Game Fair: June 12-16, 2013

This year, members of the Dungeons & Dragons team will be on hand at the Origins Game Fair in Columbus, Ohio to discuss D&D Next and the exciting things we have planned for board games and miniatures. San Diego Comic-Con: July 18-21, 2013

Gen Con: August 15-18, 2013
