Infractions of the RPGA General Rules must be entered into the RPGA Penalty Database and become a part of a player's permanent record. The Senior GM for and event must complete this form and return it with any other relevant information pertaining to the infraction. |

The RPGA Ejection Statement allows players to tell the RPGA Penalty Committee their side of the story when an RPGA Player Infraction Report Form is filed against them. The RPGA Ejection Statement is not an appeals form, and it never concerns characters. It solely relates to player infractions of the RPGA General Rules and RPGA Penalty Guidelines. |

This multifaceted "ball" appears to have been carved from a solid piece of bone or horn taken from an unidentified type of creature. Upon each of its twenty faces is engraved a different sigil, each conferring some offensive magical effect. |
