Volunteer as an RPGA GM at Winter Fantasy as we migrate to the eastern seaboard and the Meadowland's Exposition Center. Winter Fantasy is all RPGA, all the time, and you make it happen. To volunteer, you need to participate in the GM Program with a minimum GM rating of Herald-Level. To qualify as a Herald-Level GM, simply pass the online Herald-Level GM Test and complete the registration form. The GM Program is free, and if you sign up D&D Rewards, you'll earn cool treasure when you play or GM RPGA-sanctioned games.

GMs who sign up early get extra perks. When you volunteer before midnight on December 7, 2003, PST, you are eligible to receive Campaign Cards and a D&D Miniature expansion pack from the upcoming Dragoneye release based on your level of participation. Volunteer rewards are distributed at the convention. Consult the table below for details.

*Accommodation is on a shared basis of up to four individuals. Wizards of the Coast and the RPGA reserve the right to assign schedules, rooms and occupants. Failure to attend scheduled GM sessions during Winter Fantasy that cause an individual to fall beneath the minimum to qualify for free shared accommodation, will cause the individual to be charged at a pro rata rate.

How to Volunteer

Volunteers must be RPGA members, at least 18 years of age, and rated at least Herald Level in the GM Program. To volunteer for Winter Fantasy, visit http://www.consupport.com/index.asp. Be sure to read our special instructions to help you through the registration process.

Please note that wherever possible you are scheduled to GM sessions for your preferred game system(s), but the RPGA reserves the right to reassign GMs as necessary.

Accommodations
