The Convention Support Program for North America is designed to support conventions and events that Wizards of the Coast is unable to attend. We know it takes a lot of time, money, organization and heart to put an event together and so, to make organizing your event easier, Wizards of the Coast is connecting convention organizers with local Wizards Play Network (WPN) stores to help organizers get the materials needed to put on the best events.

If you are an EVENT ORGANIZER, and need Wizards of the Coast product and convention support materials, contact a local WPN Retailer. To find a WPN Retailer near you and/or your event, please use the Wizards Store and Event Locator. The store can assist you with products you may need for your event, and request convention support through their WPN representative at Wizards of the Coast.

When requesting your product and/or convention support materials from the WPN store of your choice, please be prepared to provide the following information for verification purposes:

1. Your Name and affiliation with the Convention for which you are requesting products and support
2. Convention Name
3. Convention Dates
4. Current and valid Convention website URL, if applicable
5. If you are not the Convention Organizer, you will need to provide the name and contact information for primary Convention Organizer

If you are a WPN STORE and need convention support materials for an upcoming convention, contact your WPN representative at Wizards of the Coast. Please provide your WPN Team Representative with the following information:

1. Store Name and affiliation with the Convention
2. Convention Name
3. Convention Dates
4. Current & Valid Convention Website URL, if applicable
5. Name and contact information for the primary Convention Organizer

Special Guest Requests: Convention Organizers often ask Wizards of the Coast staff to attend their event as special guests on panels, for autographing sessions, etc. If you would like Wizards of the Coast staff to attend your event, please see the Special Guest Requests page to submit your request.
